Terms and conditions
1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all orders you place via WhatsApp, by email or using the forms on etheracoffee.ch. The seller is ZETA GmbH, Chefistrasse 33d, 8636 Wald ZH (UID CHE-206.572.454). We deliver exclusively to addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
2. Conclusion of contract
The information on the website does not constitute a binding offer. By placing your order you make an offer; the contract is concluded upon our written confirmation (email or WhatsApp).
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) including statutory VAT. We will inform you of the payment terms with the order confirmation.
4. Delivery
We deliver throughout Switzerland and to Liechtenstein with Swiss Post, usually within 1–3 working days of your order being confirmed. We will tell you the shipping costs with the confirmation.
5. Returns
For hygiene reasons, food products cannot be exchanged once the packaging has been opened. Unopened bags can be returned within 14 days of receipt; please notify us of the return by email beforehand.
6. Warranty
The statutory provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations apply. Please report any defects to our email address within 14 days of receipt, including a photo.
7. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is Hinwil ZH, to the extent permitted by law.
